* Custom design orders have a turnaround of 14-21 working days.

* All in-stock orders are prepared within 48 business hours starting from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sales or promotions.

* All goods are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post, Standard Delivery or Signed for.

* Important note*: Remember that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (such as Easter, Christmas, Bank Holidays ...)

* Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes and Worldwide

* Wherever possible we try to package orders as a 'large letter' so they can fit through your letterbox making it convenient for you should you not be home when your mail is delivered.

Return & Exchange Policy
* We do not accept returns due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
* But if for any reason your goods are deemed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied ULTRA Style-Hit will accept the return.
* You must inform ULTRA Style-Hit by email and the goods must be returned within 14 days in their original condition and returned at the buyer's cost. Please ensure sufficient packaging is used for any returns as you will be responsible for any damage that occurs during transit.
* A refund will only be issued to the same buyer and payment method that was originally used to purchase the goods. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
* We can NOT accept cancellations or returns on any custom made or personalised items.
*If an order is returned to us due to an incorrectly supplied address then ULTRA Style-Hit has the right to request the shipping cost in order to resend.
